Whilst it is possible to make repairs to cracked alloys, safety is paramount. We recommend that you replace any damaged wheels, however, we understand that this may not always be possible or you need a quick solution to get you back on the road.

Our highly skilled team are able to TIG Weld to repair cracks that may be causing a wheel to leak air.

Our price for crack repair welding is £60 + VAT although this is subject to us assessing the damage to confirm it can be repaired safely. Multiple cracks on the same wheel can be done. The 1st Weld is charged at full price and every weld after is £30 + VAT

Unfortunately with crack welding there is no guarantee and the structural integrity of the wheel may be compromised.
